2. Leadership and Personal Development Courses

Courses under Leadership and Personal Development are designed to assist leaders and potential leaders discover their God-given treasures. Discovering these treasures, and developing, as well as, demonstrating them, are critical for effective leadership. In this program, participants will be exposed to timely and time-honored insights that will help them unlock their hidden treasures and achieve sustained high-level of performance in their respective undertakings.

3. Women and Leadership Courses

In this program we will examine contemporary theories of leadership and factors affecting women as leaders. Emphasis will be on building leadership skills through experiential learning. The program is designed to support the woman-leader through case study discussions on women in secular and spiritual leadership.

4. Leadership and Contemporary Management Courses

These set of courses address the dynamic relationship between societal, governmental and business issues and how they impact church activities. Emphasis will be placed on increasing productivity of ministers and pastors through the use of contemporary management tools and techniques. Participants will receive practical instructions to develop creative-writing, financial, time, human and technology management skills.
